Turquoise blue water, pristine white soft sand, picture perfect palm trees and a 7 kilometer-long beach strip of your dreams

Ngapali Beach (pronounced Napallee) is Myanmar’s best kept secret, it’s a piece a paradise. Still undiscovered by mainstream tourists, it will blow you away with how peaceful and almost deserted it is. Ngapali beach offers some of the best beaches in South East Asia and some of the last remaining untouched beaches the world. There’s nothing better then to learn the most brutal and effective striking martial art in the world in one of the most peaceful and beautiful place in the world.

Since there is no international airport yet in Ngapali beach, we have start the retreat in the metropole Yangon, formerly known as Rangoon in the British colonial days.

Ngapali is only a convenient 45 min flight away from Yangon. With an ancient & rich history, Yangon is a must city to include in our retreat. Yangon will be your home for the first 2 days of the retreat. This is where everyone we will meet and where you need to get your round trip tickets from.

In Yangon, we will visit the famous Shwedagon Pagoda, the most famous and highly venerated pagoda by the people of Myanmar, we will go eat traditional Burmese food & treats and go watch some live Lethwei fights.

You will also do your first outside training in Yangon. In November, the weather is simply perfect.

Techniques, partner drills, technical sparring, mental focus, meditation, cultural & culinary experiences – all this and more awaits you on your Lethwei retreat.
